Your watch deserves a careful pair of hands.

A battery swap is usually enough if the watch runs fine but has stopped. If it's running slow, gaining time, or feels sticky in the winding, a full service is worth considering. Bring it in and we'll have a look at no charge before recommending anything.

Most complete care jobs are ready within 5–7 working days. We'll give you a clear date when you drop the watch off, and we'll reach out if anything changes.

For strap changes, no appointment is needed — just walk in during opening hours. For the tune-up and complete care, an appointment helps us prepare properly, but walk-ins are welcome and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

It covers the work we performed — if the movement develops the same issue within 12 months of our service, we'll look at it again at no extra cost. It doesn't cover accidental damage or new faults unrelated to our work.

Yes, with care. Older movements need particular attention and we approach them accordingly. Bring it in for an assessment and we'll be straightforward about whether the work is something we can do well.

All watches in our care are stored securely and logged in our system. We'll give you a receipt on drop-off and contact you as soon as the work is complete. Your watch won't leave our premises without your knowledge.
